Here this comes as , An Effective communication rule which is introduced by Albert Mehrabian who is a Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University Of California, Los Angeles. 

He is popularly known for his research on importance of verbal and non-verbal communication.

He is the one who introduced this rule - 7% -38%- 55% 

Which states that "If a person can't expression his words through feelings or when he communicates the words with feelings ", then 3 elements or 3 components are involved : 

1. Words - The communication words plays 7 % role in your delivery speech.

7 % = Verbal Liking 

2.Tone of Voice - This plays 35 % of  role in your vocal delivery of speech which includes your pitch , intonation , articulation and accentunation etc ..

38 % = Vocal Liking 

3. Body Language - This play 55% of role in your delivery of speech  which includes eye contact , posture and gesture ...

55% = Non - verbal Liking

 Unless until , if the communicator doesn't dicuss their feelings and attitude while delivering speech , that looks like a      Not my circus, not my monkeys.
